Although part of the Sanctuary complex,  the Wellness Centre is a separate entity - having its own bungalows and restaurant area (although no food is served here!). The wellness center is a health center which caters for fasting or one can visit just for a healthy drink or elixir. It supplies a calm, peaceful environment to relax in and get healthy. For professional advice speak to one of our friendly nutritionists on your health cares. They show health/ awareness videos a few evenings per week to help and guide you.
