Please note that due to our lovely remote location we do not have mains electricity and phone lines a pre- requirement for using credit card in Thailand – sorry we can not accept credit card payments for your account while at The Sanctuary. We can exchange most currencies

On confirmation we will require a non refundable deposit to hold your booking. Room downgrades on arrival will be charged at booked room rate. We can not take full payment with credit card – it’s cash only at the sanctuary – but we will send you a Paypal deposit form on your booking confirmation.

Bank and ATM facilities are available in Haad Rin Town.

Also please note that there is a Friday night Dance party on HadTien bay. This can be ALL NIGHT and loud – sorry this is not a Sanctuary event
