How would it feel to have access to the powerful forces of nature…
Earth… Water… Fire… Air… and Ether
Well you do! These are the forces behind our senses. The miracle of our body holds a storehouse of elemental wisdom that enrich our lives.
The heart holds fire reflecting the qualities of summer’s passion and giving us the ability to taste life’s delicious bounty…
The kidneys carry water allowing us to flow through life with ease and grace, working in harmony with the ears and how we hear the world around us…
In this experiential work shop we will learn Toaist and shamanic practices to harness the power behind our five senses to smell, taste, hear, touch and see.
Using meditation techniques such as Connected Breath, Dance and Chi Gung – we begin to explore and honour our senses, becoming more instinctual and aware of our environment being able to respond to what life offers us and follow our true impluses.
Developing the 5 Senses is a pathway to Health your true wealth, Inner Peace, creativity and vitality. When the 5 Elements and senses are in balance there is a 6th sense that is born. Like the notes that make up a chord. A beautiful harmony is formed.
