Why not try our new FRUIT FAST This gentle detox program works by resting the colon by removing a complex diet and providing natural energy & vitamins from fruit juices and supplements. Included in this package are daily Yoga classes to enliven you. This 4 day fast includes 1 day at the start and 1 day at the end to enjoy healthy eating from our Fasters menu
At the end of your 6 days you should finish feeling healthier and.....
perhaps even a step closer to a full detox program.

• Day I - Arrival day & Day 6 - departure day = 2 Cleansing salads & 2 fruit plates
• Day 2,3,4,5 = 1 hour spa session of your choice
• Day 2,3,4,5 = All day steam pass
• Day 2,3,4,5 = 1 x Yoga class per day
• Day 2,3,4,5 = 3 Fruit Juices per day + 1 fruit plate
• Day 2,3,4,5 = 1 wheat grass shot / whole coconut / spirulina shake
• Day 2,3,4,5 = Psyllium husk shake & Veggie broth at nigth time
