Shamanism is humankind’s most ancient and universal system of harmonious and mindful living also known as Walking in Beauty. Though rooted in many different traditions, the common purpose that connects them all is to bring healing to the minds, bodies and spirits of human beings of all races and kinds, and to help to  reawaken an awareness of the holistic nature of all things, and as a consequence bring healing to Planet Earth Herself.

Shamanism has no scriptures or sacred writings to revere or to be (mis!)interpreted, only the book of Nature-by looking into that with an open heart can be understood all of life’s Mysteries.

Where better than the lush jungle of Koh Phangan to allow yourself to relax enough to begin to hear the hidden secrets of Nature revealed in the rustle of the trees or the fragrance of the flowers. Swami Bodhi Vinod offers an 8 day Shamanic Healing course every month at the Sanctuary, blending many different traditions from around the world. The course includes Shamanic Trance Journeys, Dance Meditations, Communicating with Nature Spirits, Kinesiology, Regression, Energy Awareness, Soul Retrieval, Meridian rebalancing, clairvoyance techniques, wand making, and even an opportunity to go hug a tree.
