The 3.5 day Mini-Fast is great for a first fast, or if you only have a short break! Give your body the chance to get rid of the gross waste products of digestion, by resting and cleansing the entire digestive system. This is a great one to perform regularly as a “maintenance” routine, to keep toxins cleansed regularly.
We recommend a stay of 5 nights for this detox (a minimum of 4 nights is required).
You do not need to be staying in Sanctuary accommodation to take part in our detox programmes.

Our Candida Detox aims to strengthen your immune system and intestinal flora to fight the Candida Albicans.
This detox follows the same form as our other detox programmes, but uses additional supplements specifically selected for their anti-candida effects; we also substitute cucumber juice for watermelon juice in your daily shakes, to lower the amount of sugar you are ingesting during your fast.

This comprehensive programme begins every Monday, and runs for a full 14 days and 16 nights (we recommend arriving on Sunday for the Monday start).
The programme consists of 5 days of our Raw Fest, followed by a 7.5 day fast, as well as a complete package of yoga, fitness, spa treatments and alternative therapies. The programme should leave you feeling revitalized and re-energised, as well as fitter, leaner, and brighter!
