(On the evening before your fast take 3 Chomper tablets)

7:00 am: Psyllium Shake

8:30 am: Herbs

10:00 am: Psyllium Shake

11:30 am: Herbs

1:00 pm: Lunch

2:30 pm: Herbs

2:50 pm: Fresh juice

4:00 pm: Psyllium Shake

5:30 pm: Herbs

5:50 pm: Spirulina Shake

7:00 pm: Vegetable Broth

Before sleep: Probiotic

Day 8

Psyllium Shake

Lunch

Probiotic tonic drink

A colonic may be added to this cleanse, usually at the end of the program for 1,200B

Important notes:

Your first shake of the day (at 7:00am) is your responsibility. We will provide you with the ingredients and utensils to make this beverage in the morning yourself.

If you plan to be away from our centre, you are welcome to “take-away” your fasting supplements – just see our staff and we will happily package them up for you. Make sure you bring a watch/timepiece along so that you can keep track of your schedule!

Please note that scheduled times for “fast food” are suggestions only. Listen to your body, and take them when you truly feel you need them. The major guideline here is that you do not enjoy your “food” less than one hour before or after a “shake”.
