4:00-6:00 pm: Colonic session
5:30 pm: Herbs
7:00 pm: Veggie Broth Soup
8:30 pm: Herbs
Before Sleep: Probiotic
Day 4
Psyllium only shake
Early colonic of wheatgrass or chamomile solution
Eat: bowl of one fruit or green plate
Probiotic tonic drink
Important notes:
Your first shake of the day (at 7:00am) is your responsibility. We will provide you with the ingredients and utensils to mix and drink this beverage the afternoon/evening before.
If you plan to be away from our centre, you are welcome to “take-away” your fasting supplements – just see our staff and we will happily package them up for you. Make sure you bring a watch/timepiece along so that you can keep track of your schedule!
The scheduled “early” and “late” times for you colonics are ideal, but they are suggested times only. We will make every attempt to accommodate you if you wish to arrange different times (i.e., you want to go to yoga in the morning/afternoon at this time, etc…)
Please note that scheduled times for “fast food” are suggestions only. Listen to your body, and take them when you truly feel you need them. The major guideline here is that you do not enjoy your “food” less than one hour before or after a “shake”.
