We have used our 30 years of experience to create a recommended daily wellbeing schedule including yoga, personal coaching, meditation, workshops, spa treatments, time in nature and more. Your all-inclusive group Wellbeing Retreat also includes accommodation and a juicing/healthy eating plan
Combining the transformational power of healthy eating, yoga and personal coaching, we will help you find clarity, release tension and stress and reconnect with your body. Learn ways to create a healthy life balance that you can take home with you.
We support a shared experience and inspired connections with like-minded people to help you get the most from your Wellbeing Retreat. Your stay will begin with a Sanctuary-style welcome dinner with fellow guests, coaches and teachers to help you feel supported from beginning to end.
