Introduction to Chi Nei Tsang

with Sebastian Bruno

Upcoming Course Dates

18th – 19th January 2018

19th – 21st  February, 2018

Chi Nei Tsang is a Taoist Abdominal Massage that translates as “working with the energy of the internal organs”. A deep, powerful healing modality that works with the inner organs ( bladder, kidneys, small and large intestine, liver, gall bladder, stomach, spleen, pancreas, heart and lungs), core muscles, soft and deep tissue, nerves, acupressure points and energy lines.

According to the Taost philosophy our belly is the center of the body. The inner organs are the centers trough which we digest not only food but all of our experiences- Life.

Each organ relates to a specific season, color, element, sound and set of positive and negative emotions. Chi Nei Tsang uses meditation, healing sounds and visualisation, conscious touch and aligned intention to release negative emotions and restore Chi and vitality to the inner organs.
