About this Cleansing program

This gentle detox wellness program works through resting the colon, by removing a complex diet and providing natural energy & vitamins from  veggies & simple whole foods and supplements. You can choose from the completely Raw cleanse or the Clear and Clean menu options which are dairy  free,  gluten free, with only natural fruit sugars. At the end of your Clear and Clean / Raw Fest you should finish feeling healthier, lighter, and brighter!

You will be choosing the dishes of your choice from our specialist Raw and Cleansing Menu in the restaurant and elixirs, shakes &  supplements at our Wellness Center.

This is a great program to combine with our Healthy Yoga Holidays. This program includes welcome consultation, informative talks during your stay and post cleanse advice.Enjoy our sauna and relaxing with fellow cleansers in our dedicated wellness center.

 Days 1 to 5

7am       Psylium -probiotic shake
9am       Clear meal
12pm     Cleansing and nutritive herbs, coconut and wheatgrass elixir
1pm       Clear lunch
2.30pm Herbs and green juice
4 pm      Coconut kefir and turmeric elixir
5.30       Clear dinner
7pm       Miso broth

Probiotic tonic drink

A colonic may be added to this cleanse, usually at the end of the program, for 700 Baht

You will be practicing a detoxifying intermittent fasting of 15 1/2 hours cycle with this program
