The restaurant menu is huge and so unique with a range of many healthy and tasty dishes, juices and smoothies plus a great raw selection including raw cakes!

The detox can be an amazing way to cleanse and rid the body of toxins and feel full of energy and its not for you then you can retox with yummy cocktails at the bar. A perfect mix of yin and yang.

The Pilates, Yoga and Yin classes set in the jungle are just an unbelievably great mix of hatha, vinyasa, yin and strengthening for all levels with awesome teachers who are all really friendly. The tea temple offers you everything you need from regular sessions or even workshops in Thai bodywork massage, chi nei tsang, Accupunture and lots more with advice and help available from incredible healers.

The hike to your room might be a little bit long.Although the hotel is centered around its yoga offerings, it also boasts a restaurant, spa, shop, and coarse coral sand beach. The staff is ready to help for whatever assistance you may need. Just down to the next beach is another cliff top restaurant with a fantastic view of the ocean.Be aware that this is a difficult location to reach. The boat drivers that leave from Haad Rin will wait for a full boat. This is not your typical Uber ride, and you may have to wait or pay more in order to reach the sanctuary. The back road in is incredibly bumpy. Do not book this hotel if you are not prepared to make that journey.The prices felt high, although we did visit around the time of the full moon party, which the whole island revolves around. You will be staying in the jungle, right on the beach, and made to feel like a guest of nature as everything is kind of built in harmony with nature. There is an incredible community of healers and like-minded people around the bay, it's very easy to talk and meet people. I especially recommend trying acupuncture, and cacao sacred dance ceremony. Make sure you bring plenty of cash to enjoy rituals, consultations, amazing food and hippie shopping, as there is no ATM around. The Wifi connection was a bit slow/unreliable - which I heard some guests complaining about - but to be honest this was no concern for me as I went there mainly to disconnect and I had bought a Thai SIM card from the airport anyway.
