Teacher Bio.
In 2004, Wolf Kinsmen began practicing meditation, breathwork, and yoga, which led to the establishment of Tree Yoga.
His nomadic lifestyle allowed him to study with masters around the world.
Directly trained by Wim Hof, he specialized in breathwork and continued his path as a flute instructor and certified freediver.
He also studied coaching at the Tony Robbins Coaching School.
As a descendant of Ilocano spirit mediums, Wolf explored shamanism with Don Howard among the Shipibo tribe in the Amazon, later holding space for plant medicine ceremonies in Peru.
In Nepal, he studied Dzogchen meditation with Sangngak Tenzin Rinpoche at a Tibetan Buddhist monastery.
He now leads international teacher trainings, guiding others to embrace their true nature.
