Anahata Partner Yoga introduces the joy of sharing your Yoga practice with another person, the ability to share the passion, motivation, discipline and fun that your practice creates together.
In each class you have the opportunity to observe and learn from each other during your Partner Yoga practices.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and practice being a teacher as you instruct each other.
ABOUT THE ANAHATA YOGA WORKSHOPS:
Anahata Yoga Workshops are designed to bring the practice of the magic of inner Yoga into your daily life
The workshops are open for everyone who’s interested in Yoga, from students new to Yoga to the students who want to deepen their existing Yoga practice.
Peter will share his own personal Yoga practice that is the culmination of 56 years of practicing Yoga and studying with many different Indian Yogis
Peter embodies the qualities of grace, humour, compassion and non-judgement, and provides his students with the tools to apply the philosophy of Yoga to all aspects of daily life. His classes are joyous, opening and transformational.
SAMPLE OF A DAILY SCHEDULE:
6:30am – 7:30am: Sunrise Yoga at the beach, incl. Pranayama Practices and Meditation (optional for those who like to rise early)
7:30am – 8:00am: Short Break
8:00am – 9:30am: Asana Class
9:30am – 11:00am: Breakfast Break
11:00am- 1:00pm: Interactive Lectures
1:00pm – 4:00pm: Lunch Break
4:00pm – 6:00pm: Interactive Lectures, Yoga Therapy, Yoga Nidra, Mantra Singing
There are no prerequisites needed to be able to attend these workshops. Everyone is welcome to join, from people who’ve already been practicing Yoga for many years to people who just started their practice.
It’s also possible to only join for one day.
