In today’s busy world, we can often feel disconnected, overwhelmed, exhausted and our minds can be full of distracting thoughts. This Anahata Yoga Training is a very powerful and healing program that will show you ways on how to re-connect with yourself, on how to calm down and train your mind, and how to open your heart, so you can create and live your life from a heart centered space.

In this training, Caroline will focus upon the unique evolution of each student, allowing the space for you to explore your own true potential and give you a variation of specific tools for your individual journey to enhance your quality of life.
Each student will have a private Body Re-Alignment Session with Caroline where she works deeply with your body to identify where you have imbalances. In this deeply healing sessions, you will release old patterns that no longer serve you, and understand what might have caused them. You will be supported to release and re-align your body, and in the process feel more energised, relaxed and at home in your body.
She will also give you specific exercises to take home, so you can integrate them into your daily life and keep your body in balance.

This two weeks Teacher Training course is part of the 200 Hours Anahata Yoga Teacher Training but open for everyone to join who’s curious to learn more about themselves and evolve in their own practice.
The group will be limited to a maximum of 12 people, in order to guarantee the ability to hold a safe space for everyone in the group, as much as being able for Caroline to have a private Body Re-Alignment Session with each member of the group to create a personalized practice to take home with.
Depending on the final size of the group, Caroline will also have an assistance with her, for additional support for the group.
Course Director & Teacher
Caroline has been practicing Yoga for over 12 years, always curious to learn, to study more and to find new ways to include the many teachings of her Yoga practice into her daily life.
Over the years, the desire of learning more about the philosophy of Yoga became louder, so she was very happy when the opportunity came up, in 2017, to do her first 200 Hour Teacher Training with Peter Clifford and to be learning more about Anahata Yoga, a philosophy she had never heard about before. But following her heart, she knew that this what the right thing to do.
One year after her first training, she was offered to do an apprenticeship with Peter, and once again, not thinking about it twice, she followed her heart and embarked on this exciting, yet challenging journey with him. She feels very honoured to have been studying, learning, teaching and working together with him since then.
At the same time, also discovering her own unique ways of sharing the philosophy of Anahata Yoga, bringing it closer to people, helping and supporting them on their journey of discovery and growth, always remembering the words of teacher: “If we manage to open up just one heart every time we give a class, host a retreat, a workshop or a training, then we’ve done a pretty good job!”
She truly believes that Yoga is not something that we do but it’s a way of living, a way of helping you to create a more free and joyous life. Caroline is very graceful, compassionate, sensitive, yet strong and works very intuitively with her students.
