Flow, Pranayama and Energy Led by Randall O’Leary
Unlock the mysteries of your own energy through movement and breath! This section of the
retreat focuses on accessing, cultivating and moving your own life force (Prana) through
accessible and fun techniques. Led by Randall O’Leary, a yogi of 30+ years, who has been
exploring the nature of life force through movement, breathing and meditation. Join us for this
unique opportunity to learn more about your own energy. All levels welcome, but at least a little
yoga experience is recommended.
Yin Yoga and Esoteric Anatomy by Sophie L
In this module you will learn the foundational principles for practicing and teaching yin yoga, as
well as how to incorporate the esoteric anatomy teachings of the wisdom traditions into the
practice. The course will cover:
- Daily Yin Yoga practice
- Foundational principles of Yin yoga
- Esoteric Anatomy of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Meridians)
- Esoteric Anatomy of traditional Hatha Yoga (Chakras; Koshas; Nadis)
- Modern Meridian Theory
- Five Element Theory
- Buddhist Mindfulness and the inner journey of Yin

Practitioners´ Bios:
Randall O’Leary of Swara Yoga Academy
Randall has been a dedicated explorer of Yoga since 1991. Alongside his studies of classical Hatha Yoga, Randall has studied a variety of wisdom traditions including Iyengar, Jivamukti and Viniyoga and Ayurveda. Randall’s teaching style is primarily focused on cultivating an asana practice that builds & sustains a high level of Prana – our life force energy. He also bases much of what he does on the healing and vitalizing knowledge of Ayurveda.
Sophie L
Sophie has been practicing yoga for almost 20 years and has been a qualified yoga teacher since 2011, teaching asana and philosophy in classes, workshops and retreats. Her rich and varied yoga journey has led to a passionate belief in the power of yoga to transform any and all aspects of being. Sophie is trained in both classical Indian yoga and Chinese Taoist informed yoga and specialises in Yin yoga and Ashtanga-inspired vinyasa.
In her teaching, she aims to stay true to the teachings passed on to her by her teachers, while making the practice feel accessible to all souls in all bodies.
Certified Yoga Teacher, Hatha (200hrs); Ashtanga Vinyasa (200hrs); Yin (150hrs).
