In this Intro to BBTRS learn and embody the fundamentals of both receiving and holding space for a BBTRS session- Felt sense, Resource, Resonance, Touch, Presence, Integration, Charge & Discharge, Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Release exercises, Titration, Pendulation & Grounding to support us in moving into the deeper realms of trust and surrender, exercising boundaries and gently moving beyond our comfort zones. We will explore authentic expression through movement and voice. We will look at the interruption and armoring formed around the heart and body and begin to open up to more love, connection and feeling once more.
