A 5 day movement course designed to get your body feeling free and connected. Drawing on dance, yoga, acrobatics, meditation and theatre, Jo Moss creates a fun and dynamic workshop.
Throughout the five days we’ll touch on ensemble practice, how can we connect through the body with a group of people. We’ll look at partner connections, body language and gesture. Releasing the body will be a big part of the process, the workshops will develop a greater understanding of the body and its relation to others in a very practical way.
There are no prerequisites needed to be able to attend these workshops. Everyone is welcome to join, from people who’ve already been practicing Yoga for many years to people who just started their practice.
It’s also possible to only join for one day.

Jo has been a professional physical performer for over a decade, working both as an actor and as a circus artist/acrobat. Jo graduated with BA from Ecole Sperior des Arts de Cirque (ESAC) in Belgium and with an MA from Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts (RADA) in London. Teaching and coaching is a passion and big part of Jo’s life. Jo teaches at the National Centre for Circus Arts (NCCA) in London, last year Jo ran the movement module at University of the West of London on their BA acting course. Jo also guest teaches movement at RADA and for his theatre company doing international workshops.
