Through daily yoga sessions, breathwork, and guided meditation, you’ll find space to reflect, release, and realign with your true self.

You can prepare to experience following highlights:
1. Daily Yoga & Meditation Immersion: There will be two daily yoga flows and meditation practices focusing on different subjects, chakras and elements. Through the Hatayoga classes and Yin infused classes Jasmin creates a space where you can fully explore the body within and travel through deeper layers. As we move through this daily yoga and meditation immersion, we will evaluate physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
2. Chakra Journey integrating Vedic and Chinese healing knowledge You will be integrating both Vedic and Chinese wisdom to enhance your chakra alignment experience. Over the 7-day journey, you’ll dive deep into the 7 main chakras and balance the energy centers, allowing the energy to flow freely, which brings harmony to both the body and mind.
3. Ayurvedic Kriyas for Inner Balance: You will start and end your day with Ayurvedic Kryias. The cleansing practices help detoxify the body, clear energy channels, and promote overall balance and vitality. You will learn techniques that are easy to integrate in your everyday life.
4. Exciting Daytrip, Beach Hopping & Waterfall Meditation On one day we will explore the wild beaches along the cost and visit the refreshing waterfalls. The natural rhythm of the waterfalls enhances the meditative journey, helping to release, to cleanse and to elevate your state of consciousness.
5. Enlightening Workshops: There will be different offering to enhance your self journey and expand. You can choose to join certain workshops on breathing, Voice Activation, Journaling and Mantra chanting. There will be surprise Rituals honoring the different elements that we are focusing on throughout the week
6. Ultimate Relaxation & Rejuvenation Treatments at the Spa-Center: The Sanctuary offers lots of options to reach ultimate relaxation. Get pampered with the different Spa-treatments or explore further rejuvenation and healing treatments at the Spa.
Your Guide for the Week:
Jasmin Wirtner is a dedicated yoga practitioner and teacher with extensive training in yoga and meditation. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training in Rishikesh in 2016, followed by a 300-hour training in South Goa in 2019. Since then, she has been teaching in different locations around the world, specializing in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Yin-infused classes. Additionally, she incorporates Kundalini practices and tantric meditation techniques to create transformative spaces for self-discovery.
Jasmin firmly believes in the profound transformative power of these practices and warmly invites you to embark on a journey of self-exploration. Her mission is to guide you in connecting with your inner temple, experiencing the magic of existence, and finding bliss and harmony within.
In recent years, Jasmin has been hosting retreats in the Swiss Alps and Thailand. Last year she has already offered a retreat at the Sanctuary and loved the energy so much, that she was inspired to repeat this wonderful gathering again this year! She welcomes you to join her program, thoughtfully crafted with heartfelt commitment and soul.

How to get there?
