Practitioners´ Bios:
Warren:
Warren is an experienced senior yoga instructor who has been teaching at this level globally for 8 years, sharing his expertise and knowledge. He embarked upon his yogic path, by undergoing a 12-month ‘apprenticeship’ with his Teacher, Dr Chintamani Gautam in Nepal PhD Yogic Science & PhD Sanskrit. Warren regularly returns to Nepal in gratitude to his Hatha Yoga Guru.
Prior to Yoga, he has over two decades of experience supporting communities affected by war or natural disaster. His extraordinary journey led him to become a teacher and healer on a grand scale within his humanitarian career. Warren draws inspiration from both his gurus and students, incorporating traditional Hatha and Kundalini Yoga into his practice. He focuses on creating space in the body, mind, and heart through yoga. With a supportive and fun approach, Warren challenges beginners and intermediate practitioners, emphasizing the renewal of the mind, energy, and physical achievements. He has recovered from three spinal injuries thanks to yoga and other healing practices.He has contributed to the development of curriculums for Yoga Teacher Training and specialist courses, making him a respected and influential instructor worldwide.
Irene:
Originally from Spain, Irene has dedicated her life to sharing the magic of yoga, seeing it as more than just a practice—it is a path to balance, healing, and inner peace.
Irene has taught Hatha, Vinyasa, and Aerial Yoga in both Spain and Thailand, offering classes in Spanish and English. Her journey includes training yoga teachers in Aerial Yoga, leading immersive yoga retreats, and guiding students through transformative backbend, arm balance, and Yin Yoga workshops.
Beyond the physical practice, Irene is passionate about the emotional and mental aspects of yoga. She has facilitated workshops in relaxation, laughter therapy, self-esteem, and self-acceptance, as well as children’s yoga and family yoga sessions. Her love for adventure has even taken her to Iceland, where she volunteered in a yoga workcamp under the midnight sun!

With over 25 years of experience in healthcare, Paula brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and holistic wellness to her yoga teaching. As a registered nurse and dedicated yoga teacher, she is passionate about bridging the gap between anatomy and yoga, emphasizing the importance of understanding the human body for a safe and effective practice.
Paula leads interactive workshops and hands-on sessions, where she shares her expertise. Her goal is to empower students to connect deeply with their bodies while enhancing their teaching skills. She fosters a supportive, inclusive fun, learning environment where students can explore the profound connection between yoga and the body, transforming their practice and teaching.
