Experience a variety of classes, including Circuit Training, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Jungle Trekking, designed to challenge and inspire you. Our holistic approach combines physical training with mindfulness and spiritual growth, helping you achieve your ideal body while enhancing your overall well-being.
Special Menu for Balanced Macros
Our menu features a specially curated menu designed to meet your unique nutritional needs, helping to make your weight loss journey both effective and sustainable. Enjoy a variety of delicious vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian dishes, all crafted to support a balanced intake of macronutrients.

Flexible Experience: We carefully designed a program that covers every aspect of health from food and nutrition, yoga & mindfulness, and Spa.
Duration: Choose from a 7-day (8-night stay) or extend your stay for as many weeks as you like.
Check-in every Sunday (arrival before 16:00).

I spent 10 days at The Sanctuary and loved every minute of it! This is a charming and special place … it feels remote and secluded, like you’re really getting away from it all. The staff really do care … it shows in the way they look after you … they do this with warmth and attention to your needs. The spa staff give wonderful treatments and there are visiting healers who offer treatments not easily found elsewhere. There is also a wellness center to help get you started on that path. One thing I can’t forget to mention is the food: fresh, healthy, beautifully presented, and what a variety of dishes. Technically, this isn’t a 5-star resort but I had a 5-star experience!
