The teaching is suitable for all levels of practice – and from beginner to advanced practitioner, you will be challenged and nurtured.
We have limited the number of places to ensure you receive loads of one on one attention.
We have secured a variety of accommodation to suit every budget, from luxury, air conditioned Garden Suites, to houses you can share with other participants, to simple fan cooled bungalows, ranging from $30 a night to $150 a night. We want this retreat to be accessible no matter what your budget, so make sure you get in early to secure your best option. Accommodations will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.
Aside from your accommodation, the retreat is all inclusive for $1099 USD.

Megan Flamer is determined to take as many bites out of the apple of life as she can.
An accomplished journalist and broadcaster, Megan started exploring meditation and yoga to counteract the stress of working in frantic newsrooms.
Fast forward a decade and Megan has completed more than 1000 hours of yoga and meditation training, established a corporate mindfulness company, and taught hundreds of classes, workshops and retreats all over the world.
Megan is a great believer that yoga and meditation can unlock intuition and creativity — and she has taught individuals and teams worldwide how to do so.
