ACCOMMODATION
Weekend tickets include camping (in your own tent) on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Pre-booked accommodation will be set up and available from 3pm on Friday. Campervans no more than 5 metres in length are very welcome at the festival, there is a charge of £40 for Campervan There are water points but please note that power hook-ups are not available. We want everyone to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing weekend, so please be as quiet as possible in and around the camping areas between 11pm and 6.30am. Fires and BBQs are not permitted. Due to space and access restrictions, caravans and motorhomes may not be brought into the festival venue. To avoid any misunderstandings, that means no individual vehicle or towing combination more than 5 metres in length.

Vintage Caravan Located in the Orchard, the Vintage Caravans are full of quirky character and creature comforts, including double bed, linen, towels, and a log burner (with logs supplied).

Share with friends or family (all of whom need to have a festival ticket), or have one all to yourself. Campervans no more than 5 metres in length are very welcome at the festival. Campervan parking will be in the South Field, which also offers a water point. Please note that power hook-ups are not available.

Sparkford Hall is decorated in keeping with the period of the house but with a modern twist. The house boasts grand ensuite main bedrooms. All the bedrooms have fabulous views bringing the countryside indoors, and the highest quality duvets, linen and towels are provided.

Sleeps ten people, it’s the perfect space for those not wishing to camp alone and would like to enjoy some creature comforts
Early Bird Weekend Tickets
Early Bird Weekend Tickets are £285 per person and may be booked online until midnight on Jan 1 2020. Early Bird Weekend Tickets include three nights’ camping pitch , access to all classes talks, panel discussions and on site events. The ticket also includes a delicious vegetarian meal plan, served in our communal Yogi Hub, a welcome meal on the Friday evening followed by Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner on both Saturday and Sunday. Early bird day passes include access to all classes talks, panel discussions and on site events and a wonderful vegetarian lunch.
Booking Confirmations and Wristbands
Booking confirmation will be from ' Tickettailor' system. When you arrive at the festival you’ll be issued with a wristband, which must be worn at all times while on site.
Refund Policy
If you need to cancel your ticket for our festival we will refund 100 % ( less ticket bookings fees) if cancelled 8 weeks before festival.
If you cancel 8-4 weeks before the event a 50% refund will be issued ( less ticket booking fees) . If within 4 weeks of the event we are sorry we can not offer a refund .
ADMISSION
Parking
Parking for four-wheeled vehicles will be in the South Field to the left and right of the entrance driveway. You will not be able to drive to the camping areas to unload, but rest assured they’re only a short walk away.
If you’re cycling to the festival, you’re welcome to park your bike next to your tent.
Motorcycles may also be parked next to their riders’ tents in the East Field.
Toilets and Showers
You can look forward to there being an ample number of toilets and showers located conveniently on the property. All the facilities will be cleaned on a regular basis throughout the weekend.
Dogs (and other pets)
With the exception of guide dogs for sight-impaired festival goers, dogs and other pets are not permitted at the festival venue.
Your Property
Sanctuary Yoga Festival and Sparkford hall accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to festival goers’ vehicles or other property.

Catering
Sanctuary Yoga Festival is a catered for event - we are very excited to be sharing a taste of Sanctuary with you on this weekend . We promise a delicious palate pleasing experience every meal. We will be providing 3 delicious, healthy meals daily. As far as possible, all ingredients are sourced within five miles of Sparkford Hall.
Also available will be a wide selection of snacks and cakes, juices at extra cost.
Cooking on site is not permitted. Additional basic English pub menu is available at the local pub, 5 mins away.
VENUE
Location and Directions
Sparkford Hall is located in the Somerset village from which it takes its name, just a couple of minutes from the A303.
The nearest railway stations are Castle Cary (6 miles), Sherborne (9 miles), and Yeovil Pen Mill (9 miles). We will be offering a shuttle (lols) service from the station to the hall throughout the weekend.

Relaxation
Despite a busy schedule of classes and events there’s plenty more to occupy mind and body. Enjoy a refreshing dip in the Sparkford Hall pool, unwind in the sauna, take a stroll around the walled kitchen garden, play a game of chess on the lawn, make friends with the Sparkford Llamas
Accessibility
All the active spaces at the festival venue are relatively close together and accessible to wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. However, please note that there are large areas of grass and gravel to negotiate. Some of the toilet facilities are also wheelchair accessible.
Arriving and Departing
The Sanctuary Yoga Festival will be open from 3 pm on Friday 24 July 2020
All festival goers and vehicles must depart by 11.00 AM on Monday 27 July 2020.
Mobile Signal, WiFi and Charging Devices
WiFi access will not be available. However, there is excellent 4G and general mobile signal across the whole Sparkford Hall estate.
Although we won’t be providing dedicated charging facilities for electronic devices, there are power sockets in a number of the public areas of the site that you’re welcome to use. Needless to say, you remain solely responsible for the security of your personal belongings.
Litter and Recycling
Please help us leave the venue as immaculate as we’ll find it by taking your litter home or using the recycling and general waste bins located around the festival site.
