mindfulness-1024x438The Art of Mindfulness with Stephanos Pantelas

A 3 – day course offering an insight into mindfulness and its practical applications in every day life.

With the cultivation of greater mindfulness, what is shifting is our perspective on life, our sense of who we are in relationship to our own life and to others, and what is possible if we are willing to pay attention to the present moment while allowing ourselves to be open-hearted and spacious.

Upcoming dates:

25th – 27th January, 2016

23th – 24th February, 2016

4th – 6th April, 2016

In time, a short and consistent formal mindfulness practice will over spill into our every day life and catalyze a shift in consciousness:

  • Inhabiting our lives differently
  • Being more content and fulfilled in our every day life experience
  • Having more intimate and satisfying relationships with ourselves and others
  • Responding to life creatively rather than reacting on our conditioned patterns
  • Understanding how the inter relationship between thoughts and emotions play out

Facilitator:

Stephanos teaches yoga, meditation and conscious dance at the Sanctuary, Thailand and all around the world.

After running his own successful music PR agency in London for 10 years and DJing around the globe since his early 20s, a serendipitous meeting with a Buddhist Monk in the queue of a dance nightclub, inspired him to start exploring the field of consciousness, inquiring into the big question of who I am.

His journey has taken him on a global adventure and inward exploration, living in alternative communities, studying with incredibly inspiring teachers and learning how to live in the moment, embracing life to the full and continuing to explore his passions for yoga, mindfulness, dance, healing and writing music.

He studied mindfulness at the London Kagyu Samye Dzong Tibetan Meditation centre and at Kopan Monastery in Nepal. Stephanos is a qualified Yoga Teacher, NLP, Theta Healing and Mastering Alchemy Practitioner.

‘Meditation can happen anywhere – in a supermarket, in a forest, in your hospital bed. It is not a ‘doing’ but the unravelling of doing, a remembrance of the immediacy of life, the thrilling closeness of experience, the fragrance of Home. A single breath, the sound of a bird singing, the beeping of a heart monitor – all of these are little reminders of your true life. With your eyes open, with your eyes closed, remember, you are here, and always will be. Make contact.” Jeff Foster
