Through yoga and meditation this retreat is designed to enhance health and wellbeing, by harmonising body, mind and soul.

-If you have a demanding lifestyle and would like to have a break and spend quality time with yourself. This is a space where the thoughts of your everyday life can be left behind while you unwind and access your natural vitality.
– All levels are welcome. You will receive personal instruction during the entire retreat.
Daily practice in paradise…
Start the day with a dynamic Vinyasa flow class with Pilates and breath work to relax , improve your flexibility and strengthen the core. We will practice in a beautiful hall immersed in nature. After the class you will feel vitalized, refreshed and motivated.
The Sanctuary has plenty of healthy, delicious food options for your breakfast while watching the ocean lap at your feet. ( Fasting Optional ) *
In the midday session, we will take time to reflect and explore different aspects of the self and personal life, in a fun and creative way, that will inspire you in all aspects of your life. Learn about chakras and healing methods that you can practice anywhere at any stage of your life.
You will have a long break during the day for free time; lay on the white sands of the beach, walk in the jungle, laze in a hammock or treat yourself to a Thai massage or healing session with one of our world-class healers.
In the afternoon, we will come back to learn and cultivate the art of relaxation with a restorative yoga class and a guided mediation. The perfect way to finish your day.

Our facilitator specialises in emotional healing, body asana alignment, breathwork, and chakra system.
She was practicing Vipasana and Hatha Yoga in her early 20’s before going to Pune, India to spend two and a half years to the Osho Ashram. Where she trained in meditative therapies, active meditations, Holotropic Breathwork, embodiment, Hypnosis,childhood traumas, Sufism and Zen practices.
She completed her 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training with the Shantih School in Kerala, India; specialising in Hatha Yoga, asana alignment, chakras and self healing methods.\
After spending one month at the Pattabhi Jois Shala in Mysore, she completed a 200hrs Ashtanga Teacher Training in Mandala Ashram followed by private training in adjustment with Sri Sheshadri
She has continued to return to India over 20 times in the last 10 years to study with different masters and teachers.
