Yoga at the Sanctuary

Yoga for Every Body!

The Sanctuary yoga programme is world famous and has been running for over 25 years. We maintain a high level of classes and workshops to engage and excite students of every level and ability.

We run daily classes in different styles: morning class is a flowing vinyasa class to help you build your strength and flexibility. In addition, we teach breath cultivation as well as meditation and philosophy during the class. Afternoon class is based on the quieter practice of Yin Yoga, which focuses on stretching, releasing, breath and longer holds.

Our classes are open and available to all levels, from beginner to expert. In the Sanctuary Yoga Programme, we'll take good care of you and help you to learn good healthy and transformative yoga. Our teachers are friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. Contact us to book, or just drop by! All levels welcome.

  • Morning Yoga Flow: 8.30-10
  • Afternoon Yin Yoga: 4-5.30

Tips and tools to enhance the quality of your daily life.

Interview with Peter

Most people breathe unconsciously throughout the day. Breathing is something we’ve never learned how to do, we just started doing it from the moment we were born.

Breath is Life

Breathing is something we do every day. But how many seconds, how many minutes or hours a day are you aware of the way you breathe?

Moments of Stillness

Creating moments of stillness in your life, a space within your busy life to just be with yourself where you can reflect, wonder, be curious… a space of discovery, of learning something new about yourself.

We are much more than we believe we are.

Aren't you curious?

Curious what your true potential is?
