Yoga at the Sanctuary
Classes For Every Body
Here at the Sanctuary, we offer a wide variety of daily classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings. Our daily classes are offered each morning and afternoon. Morning classes are Vinyasa Flow style, a more dynamic and challenging approach which includes breath cultivation, meditation and philosophy. Afternoon classes are based on Yin yoga, which is a more gentle style focused on stretching, releasing and breath.
All classes are accessible for students of all levels, from beginner to experienced. If you are a beginner, we help you to find your shapes and get familiar with the fundamentals of yoga. If you have more experience, the classes will guide you into going deeper and refining your practice. All are welcome!
