Conscious Exploration Through The Four Arts…
Our curriculum is split into four teaching tracks, woven through each of the three cycles. The Four Arts recognize and develop our studies in yoga in a thoroughly holistic manner, stimulating our students to become inspired, knowledgeable and intuitive teachers, expressing and modelling all aspects of this ancient lifestyle practice.
Art of Practice: Asana, Pranayama and Meditation infused with related themes, creative sequencing and personal practice design
Art of Living: Meditation, Yoga Philosophy of sacred texts and personal exploration and transformational developmental work
Art of Teaching: Theory and Methodology, Pranayama, Adjustments, Alignment, Sequencing, Transitions, Workshopping and Asana Analysis, Anatomy and unique therapeutic focus on various areas of the body
Art of Healing: Sacred Ceremony, Therapeutic Yoga for mental health, Ayurveda, Chakras and Shamanism and other energetic and holistic healing practices
Highlights of the Island Cleanse 300 HR Yoga Teacher Training:
- Cleanse body, mind and spirit with raw food, an intestinal cleanse, a liver flush and optional supported fasting. Included as part of your program and supported by the group.
- Stay in stunning, comfortable cabins with daily attendants and high class service.
- Choose your diet as you go, with nourishing, gourmet, vegetarian meals, complete with raw vegan options, at the well-known Sanctuary restaurant.
- Venture out and enjoy the coastal walk around the famous Thai island of Ko Phangan, with optional island hopping, snorkeling, surfing, kayaking and swimming.

Meet your Facilitators…
Randi is the founder of SuryaFlow: The Art of Sacred Movement, a philosophy that unites ancient practices with breath awareness to bring about joyful living. Randi has the power to make authentic connections with others and is inspired to bring union of mind, body, and heart to all who are ready to heal wholesomely and holistically. She continues to be a witness to her own transformation and is inspired to help facilitate this healing for others. She is playful and light hearted, yet grounded in discipline.
Randi, E-RYT 500 is influenced by many traditions such as Ashtanga, Sivananda, Iyengar, Yin, and Restorative. She has facilitated over 25 International 200/500hr Yoga Teacher Trainings since 2010 and has helped to establish an experiential permaculture and yoga retreat center on Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.
Jiya is a deeply connected leader who roots her teaching in the healing energy of nature. Her teaching invites students to explore their own, unique unfolding, through profound awareness and trust in the wisdom of the Self. Through her studies with teachers and shamans across the world, Julia has developed a powerful sense of energetic connection and a strong set of philosophical and intuitive teachings, which she shares through creative hatha and yin yoga, sacred fire and medicine ceremonies, kirtan and healing therapies. Jiya is also a talented musician and sound healer, who seeks out native chants and medicine songs from around the world to complement her work.
Jiya is YA-certified at the ERYT-300 level and has facilitated both intensive and module-format teacher trainings at RYT-200 and RYT-300 levels for several years, through multiple schools. Following her degree in Physics at Imperial College, London, Julia worked as an Energy Consultant and part time copywriter and editor in London, UK, before moving to Central America in 2009 to pursue a life centered on yoga and holistic health. British by birth, Jiya is now based in Bali and teaches in Thailand, Australia, Mexico, Greece, USA, Guatemala, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Peru.
Cher’s speciality is bringing people together in ceremony to connect, sing, dance, heal and release. She believes breath is the main focus of yoga practice and she is passionate about utilizing yoga as a therapy for the body and mind.
Cheralee has traveled around the world and studied with great teachers from various yogic lineages. Some of her greatest influences include Mark Whitwell, Eddie Modestini, Nicki Doane, Shiva Rea, Arya ji, Ted Surman, Dr. Ringo, and of course: Nature. She learns daily by witnessing the rhythms of nature at work.
Cheralee’s mission is now to share her experiences, “I believe Yoga is a path which helps us return to our natural state: Union [bliss]. It is my calling in this life to share my interpretation of these teachings, which have radically transformed my life.”
